Return, Exchange + Shipping Policy

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons accessories, such as earrings, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless items are damaged or defective.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

Refunds often take a few days to process. Prior to contacting us to follow up on a refund, please confirm with your financial institution that the transaction is not in progress. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received the refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale item are final sale.



If your purchase needs an adjustment and you would like an exchange, please email us at to begin the exchange process. All exchanged items must be returned unused with tags attached and in the original packaging to Le Nid Curated Living c/o Unit 11 3500 27 St NE, Calgary, AB T1Y 5E2 within 60 days of purchase.

Once your item has been received and reviewed, we will send an email to notify you of receipt and advise whether or not the request to exchange is approved. If approved, a replacement item will be sent to you. If not approved, the item will be returned to you.

Please note, International purchases are final and cannot be exchanged.

Domestic Shipping

Orders will ship 1-2 business days from the date your order was placed.

International Shipping

International shipments take approximately 10 days to deliver. Applicable duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price.  This are paid by the customer on delivery.  Please make sure the address you are entering is in a safe location and accurate, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

We do our very best to quality-check our orders but due to the handmade nature of our products, occasionally mistakes may occur. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at with details and photos of the product.

We will get back to you within 1-2 business days and organize either a replacement or refund.
